Creatine is a nitrogenous compound which is found predominantly in skeletal muscles in the body and its level decreases during intensive physical activity.
Using CREATINE MONOHYDRATE CREAPURE® before physical activity, you can increase your strength and muscle work in short term performance of high intensity through the intake of creatine. A positive effect can be achieved by the intake of at least 3 grams of creatine per day.

How to use
The serving size is 2 flat teaspoons (3,5 g).
A maximum daily dose is 3,5 g. Measure the recommended dose and stir it into a drink. It is recommended to combine with the consumption of carbohydrates (e.g. with gainers). Teaspoon is not included. WARNING: The stated recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced nutrition. Keep out of reach of children! Once opened, store at a temperature that does not exceed 25°C and consume within 6 months. Not intended for children, pregnant or nursing women. Keep away from heat, freeze and humidity.
